ETHEKWINI is set to host the 25th TCI Global Conference taking place at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre from 9 to 11 November. Themed ‘Clusters and Networks: Engines for economic recovery, sustainability and inclusion’, the conference is expected to provide a platform to create progress in the practice
of cluster development, regional competitiveness, and innovation support.

The conference will take place over three days with technical visits to Durbanbased clusters including the Durban Automotive Cluster, Durban Chemicals Cluster, KZN Clothing and Textile Cluster, and the KZN Furniture Cluster on the first day. This will be followed by the official conference and exhibition opening on day two. The final day will
include plenary and breakaway sessions before the conference wraps up. The conference is spearheaded through Invest Durban who is mandated to promote economic and social development.
